Testimonials

What a few clients and colleagues are saying…

It has been my good fortune to have known and worked with Stacey McNeill for close to 20 years. I first met Stacey when she worked in NorthBay Healthcare’s Public Relations department, where she assumed a wide range of responsibilities from writing stories for our publications, and organizing events both large and small. She went on to work with our Foundation for many years organizing one of Solano County’s largest and most complex fundraising events, the Solano Wine & Food Jubilee.

I have hired Stacey as a freelancer, and I too have taken advantage of her wide range of skills and experience. She has coordinated a complex educational conference on women’s health, organized and wrote extensive copy for NorthBay’s website, and produced numerous articles, brochures, press releases and advertisements. She is a well rounded public relations expert with very strong writing skills.

She has many wonderful qualities; her calm and collected manner is contagious and greatly appreciated when the inevitable frenzy strikes before a large event. Always reliable and composed, Stacey can be counted on to methodically work through inevitable glitches with grace. She is a great team player, willing to step in wherever she is needed and when she is in the lead role, exercises her authority gently and with solid vision and intention. Stacey forms relationships easily, has a great sense of humor, is remarkably creative and would be a wonderful addition to any organization. I heartily recommend her.

Sarah Jewel

Director of Business Development, NorthBay Healthcare

I am writing in support of Stacey McNeill who was employed at Mission Dolores Academy as Senior Development Associate 2012-2015, and as consultant to the Academy’s major fund raising event 2012 to the present. During her tenure at Mission Dolores Academy, in a skilled professional manner, Stacey designed a social media program responding to the Academy’s specific needs.  In addition, Stacey was the Academy’s representative to a diverse constituency requiring accomplished public relations skills. As a member of the Academy’s small development staff, Stacey was flexible and adaptable in the face of its limited development budget.

Stacey is a fabulous asset to any team. She is very detailed oriented but also big picture, she keeps the end goal in mind and logically proceeds through each step to attain the goal. She is always calm, regardless of how chaotic the process can be. Any company would benefit greatly to work with Stacey.

Marketing Representative, NorthBay Healthcare

Stacey is a personable, energetic, and creative designer who delivered excellent results for a new web site built from scratch. I would recommend McNeil Marketing Communications to others and plan to use Stacey in future projects.

Vice President, Development Professional

I have worked closely with Stacey for the past several years that she has served on our Slow Food Solano leadership committee and have been impressed with her positive, energetic, organized approach to any new challenges she takes on. Even though she had just started trying her hand at web design back in 2010, she volunteered to take on the task of creating our much needed website. She took a very collaborative team approach to the project and when others weren’t able to take a leadership role in making it happen, she seamlessly took over the leadership and did most of the design and technical work to get it up and running. When she did not have technical expertise in certain areas, she brought in her colleagues and associates and managed their efforts. We are all impressed with our beautiful new website and with her continuing commitment to keeping it updated.

Stacey has been an important asset to our program/event planning as well. She asks important questions, and makes astute suggestions for the format and organization of such events as the collaborative effort with NorthBay Healthcare that we produced on healthy eating locally. In addition, her assistance with the advertising and promoting of our events has been helpful–guiding us to new resources that get the word out to the community. Besides sharing her organizational, technical, and public relations skills with Slow Food Solano, Stacey has been a multi-talented and hardworking volunteer at our events.

Stacey is an essential member of our leadership committee who with grace, humor, and determination, brings an incredible array of skills to the table for any task she decides to tackle. And she is fun to work with! I recommend Stacey and her team without reservation.
